Sources of Linguistic Analysis in the Story Collection Titled “Safhan...an al- Sahil” by Sayid al-Khamis Phonetic Level as a Sample

The study aimed to identify the phonetic elements in the short story collection "Sheets.. About the coasts" by the writer Saed Al-Khamis, revealing the value of Al-Assimilation in it, highlighting the faces of phonetic substitution when Saed Al-Khamis in his collection of stories, reaching the values of sound coloring in the story collection, and standing on the approach of Saed Al-Khamis linguistic through his collection of stories, and the research has used the phonetic approach based on analysis and deduction. The study aimed to identify the phonetic elements in the short story collection "Sheets.. About the coasts" by the writer Saed Al-Khamis, revealing the value of Al-Idgham in it, highlighting the faces of phonetic substitution when Saed Al-Khamis in his collection of stories, reaching the values of sound coloring in the story collection, and standing on the approach of Saed Al-Khamis linguistic through his collection of stories, and the research has used the phonetic approach based on analysis and deduction. The study reached a set of results, including: Saed Al-Khamisi was fully aware of the modern phonetic study methodology, and that he relied on phonetic similarity to reduce the pronunciation on the lips of many characters, the diversity of tone patterns in him.
